Macdermid in San Jose/Fremont. 3 stages: recruiter screen, hiring manager screen, and panel interview onsite. Reasonable interviews but long stretches (2-4 weeks) in between and before feedback after the final interview. I interviewed last year and was completely ghosted after my final round. This time they told me they were offering to another candidate, then that candidate declined, then they will be reposting the same job at a lower salary. Waste of time

Typical interview process. I applied online, then got contacted by an HR person for an initial interview where they asked me my interest in the position/company and my experience. Then met with hiring manager and got invited for an onsite interview
