I was contacted directly by a recruiter to see if I was interested. I did two different interviews with internal employees. The first one was only explorative, the second one more specific.

Question 1
All the questions in the job interview were general questions about the programming language and framework used inside the company. I was not asked to solve specific problems.

Entretien
Started out with the normal HR interview where we ran down the list of skills needed for the job.
After that it progressed into the the technical assessment/interview where things started to get messy. They required a excessive amount of people to conduct the technical interview which by itself was a messy situation with no structure. The technical interview was very similar to the HR talk, where people just mentioned programming languages or specific technologies, and they wanted to hear my previous experience with the technology. This technical interview confusing and a lot of the questions did not seem relevant. Furthermore, they weren't very good at responding or providing feedback.
