Had four rounds of interview in addition to an initial screening. The original Hr recruiter that I worked with was no longer at Electrolux and I guess she didn’t share my salary expectations with the team. I had to ask multiple times for benefits. When I finally finished my interviews I was told by the new recruiter that while the panel liked me, my salary expectation was way over budget. Felt like a waste of my time.
