      I applied through Spherion Staffing, I submitted my resume through email and was sent a Skills Assessment test. It took me quite a bit of time to get it done because even though I updated Java on my laptop 6 times, the tests still wouldn't load. After the tests, I called in and they told me I passed the test and then did a phone screening which only took about 10 minutes. My interview was a few days after that with two of the reps from Spherion that work out of the Electrolux building. They were really friendly and offered me some pointers for the panel interview which was a week later. The panel interview consisted of 4 people, all were really friendly and inviting offering a great deal of information about the company and ways to advance. Job offer came about 3 or 4 days later.

      I had 4 total interviews for the position. The first was with the recruiter and was pretty surface level to find out how my experience might connect to the role. The second interview was with the direct supervisor of the role. This went really well and had a great conversation. They then set me up with meeting two regionals that would work with this role. That conversation went well and I was able to apply my experience to the more detailed daily responsibilities of the role. Then I was asked to do a lunch with the direct supervisor and a regional that works with this role. I thought that went very well, but it sounded like the role they were looking to fill had taken a turn on what they were looking for. They then wanted me to show a different skill set than was discussed and would be very teachable. I heard a couple of weeks later that this lack of particular skill would prevent me from getting the job. I am a big believer that if you can show how hard working you are, that you are teachable and you fit in with the team, the other skills they might be lacking shouldn't be a big deal. Not everyone else believes this.

      Quick and easy. Respectful and transparent in communication. Clear and speedy follow up. Over all process from start to finish took about four weeks with three interviews. Highly recommend reaching out to them.
