The first interview with the HR representative was pleasant and well-structured. The questions were relevant to my background, and it was clear that my CV had been reviewed in advance. After that, I was invited to a second interview with senior team members. The conversation mostly repeated the same type of general questions from the first round, and overall, the interview felt less engaging. One of the interviewers left the meeting partway through, which came across as somewhat unprofessional. During the discussion, I was asked to describe projects I had worked on. When I mentioned personal projects done in my free time, I was asked to provide an example with a measurable business impact. Since those projects were personal and not based on real company data, I couldn’t share anything of that nature. When I tried to learn more about the role’s day-to-day responsibilities, I didn’t receive a clear answer. I was told that feedback would be provided within a month, but after two months, I still hadn’t received any response. Overall, the process felt somewhat disorganized and left me with a negative impression. While I understand that not every interview can be engaging, I believe timely feedback and clear communication are important, especially from a well-established company.
