It took 2 month from application to 1st interview. HR and manager interview went fine. They wanted three additional 45 minute interviews. That is way too much for this type of position. One of the interviewers hinted she felt moving positions every 2-3 years was jumping around and also spoke about how she was at a position for over 20 years. At the end of the process, the recruiter said he would contact me in two days but I never heard back. I sent an email and text message for follow up because I had a different offer but no one ever followed up.
