1 hour interview, 30 minutes with one person and 30 minutes with another. A majority of the interview was discussing my resume as well as previous experience including high school.

STAR Format. 3 different interviews that lasted 30 minutes each. Tour of corporate location in Greenfield, IN and opportunity to network with full-time employees. A panel of full-time employees were brought in to tell the candidates more about Elanco.
