The first step was a phone screening with a recruiter. The screening was followed by a phone interview with the hiring manager. After that, I participated in three face to face interviews with IT Senior Directors, the last one being with the hiring manager. The three face to face took place on one day and also included 45 minutes with HR to review benefits.

It was an amazing experience with interview process. Great culture and transparent environment. You get an opportunity to intreact with both local and global leaders and all of them explained really well about the Company future and the culture
