Arrive at the office with other candidates. Two parts of the interview, one was a team-based activity where you are given a problem to solve. The other is a more traditional 1-on-1 interview with questions about your experiences/qualities/etc.

I interviewed at Elanco in early November 2024 and received an offer for the position near the end of the month. The hiring process included two interviews. The first was a general interview, where they asked questions such as “Tell me about yourself” . The second interview had two parts: first, I completed a technical task; then an interview where they asked competency-based questions, such as “Tell me about a time you demonstrated teamwork.”
