Initially the HR related Interview and later the Technical Interview was conducted. Overall process is good. Interview questions were mostly related to Job description. During the final interview, two interviewers were from HR background and the other one is Head of Interconnection.

Competency based interview with relevant skillsets to the new role captured throughout the interview. Preparing for the interview is paramount to boost chances of acing the interview. Above all, staying calm and confident is handy.
