Was contacted out of the blue by recruiter working with the company to set up an interview. Didn't have any information about the company beyond the website and press releases until the morning of the interview (I think thats on the recruiter though). Was a short quick interview with a senior engineer and the VP of engineering along with a follow up discussion with the CEO/Founder of the company a week later.
