the people are extremely nice, make you feel at ease. They ask questions but they make sure to make it in a full conversation, not just question and answer, question and answer.

Entretien
Three stage interview with a lovely, friendly team. They create a warm, relaxed atmosphere which was nice as opposed to a strict, high pressure corporate vibe. I expected a more relaxed vibe from a creative company, but that is not always the case. EightPM are great at this.

Emailed shortly after application. Interviewed by a person in Austin for LA position. Normal job type questions - no odd questions like other reviewers describe. Was told I would be moving on to 2nd round, but after about 3 weeks, received a standard rejection email.
