The interview process was a great experience! Every team member that I met and spoke with was very thoughtful and attentive, taking the time to truly connect and learn about me. I loved the final in-office interview where I got the chance to speak with a number of the employees in the Atlanta office, gaining honest insight into the day-to-day and company culture. Throughout the process, Amy and the Atlanta team did a wonderful job thoroughly explaining the role, all possible growth opportunities, and answering all of my questions. My favorite part of the interview experience was the emphasis on their core values. Through every interview and conversation, their passion and grit really shined through. I walked out of my final interview and knew this was a company who put their values into practice. I am so excited to be part of such an authentic and driven team!
