Entretien
My interview experience was with the initial screening phone call informational process. It was clear that the phone interviewr was not specifically prepared to discuss my resume or my experience. The interviewer seemed disinterested in the discussion and was not an active participant in the conversation. She actually asked me the same question three times. The experience was disappointing and was never directed to obtain any real information about whether I would be a good fit or had the appropriate background to continue to the next phase of interviews.

Question 1
The questions posed were straight out of a manual . The interviewer did not pay attention to the questions she had asked and reasked the same question of me three times. The interview was difficult because it was obvious the interviewer was not engaged and at best was disinterested in what I had to say.
