Very disorganized and impersonal process overall. The entire process for me took one week. First round is Hr round ,Second round Technical ,Final Manager round Called and told come to our office recruiting , called around 8pm on Sunday night before interview to offer me interview . Felt very last minute, interview ran behind, wrote thank you note for their time and never heard back from them again.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Eeshasoft pvt limted . There will be 1 or 2 technical round .it will be 1 hr to 1.5 hr interview process.then it will be HR round interview.it will take 3 to 4 days process.
