The interview process consisted of two steps, the first was online and included a personality test, a logic test, and a virtual asynchronous interview. Next was a visit to the job site where there was a 1 hour interview, a business simulation, and a 10 minute presentation.

First is a video interview with general questions. Next, a one-on-one video call with a recruiter to gauge interest and gain more insight. Finally, an onsite interview and behavioral activities alongside other candidates. Very unique overall
