I had two interviews. The first one with the direct manager and another with the programs manager. They were both online and lasted for 30 mins each. super easy direct questions

Very straight forward, 2 steps. Write an email saying why you want the position, and then an interview. They will ask you question and then schedule an interview with the manager of the department
