The interview process was mostly tell me about yourself and behavioral-based. It was pretty short, and I was able to ask questions at the end of the interview. Asked for any previous experience in retail, and what would you do in certain situations

quick through phone call only had o ne interview, asked about my availability hours days, weekend avail or not, asked about brand, what they know how i discovered, very simple and quick maybe because it was a new opening store and they urgently needed workers
Fine, they encouraged a casual discussion but I don't know if I leaned too much into that and it put me at a disadvantage. There were two interviewers but one of them left part of the way in and didn't return until we were finished.
