She sounded tired and uninterested. I had to push when asking my questions (things like how they measure success). Never received a follow-up interview after a verbal confirmation. No one responds to emails to follow up. Takeaways: they expect you to work overtime & be on call for clients outside of paid work hours, "not for slackers", give 110% --- all while being paid under market value because they are essentially a start-up.
