Interviewed with the recruiter, two weeks later with the hiring manager. During that interview he said he was moving me on to the next round. Then the following week I had two panel interviews - each had two people of various levels. So six people in total, about a month long process. Then got the standard form email saying they were not moving forward with my candidacy. When I inquired with the recruiter for any feedback, I received no response. I inquired with the Hiring Manager for feedback and again, received no response. Like really? You can't take the 5 minutes to respond and at least make something up? Something as easy as, "We went with someone else because they had more experience." But nothing? Come on now.
