-Easy questions, I'd recommend answering them as directly as possible. -Review the STAR model in interviewing questions, as it really helped me prepare for the interview -I went about ten minutes before the scheduled time and waited. I was then ushered into the backroom where the Store Manager asked me questions about what I wanted to do with the Eddie Bauer Family, and where I saw myself in the next five years.

The manager was very easy going and was very fun and exciting. She had a great personality which made the interview very relaxed. I wasn't nervous at all unlike other interviews. We went to the back office and I was there with another girl that was applying for the same job. We talked and introduced ourselves and had a good conversation and then began with the interview process.
