Received a call for an interview and the lady told me it was a group interview then I questioned that. She then said it was a panel interview not a group interview. Asked me my salary requirements. I went in for the interview to find out it was a group interview with 8 other applicants, I should have left since I have been to those interviews before. I stayed to check it out only to find out it was conducted very poorly and there were 5 Ecotech staff members there observing all of us, questions were vague, not professionally presented and I was embarrassed to be there. Group interviews are not fair to applicants, you're in a group of other applicants. All are nervous, being observed in every way, very low and cheap way for a company to pick who they are going to call for a 2nd interview. I never received a call or an email from interview. They didn't even have the courtesy to contact all applicants. Shows me they don't have or want to take out the time for applicants. Wasn't impressed, lied to and glad I didn't get hired.
