A random HR who sounds extremely unprofessional and inexperienced phones and asks questions without giving any time to answer - just going through one question after another without actually taking time to listen. Then confirms that another colleague will send an email for an interview. 4 months later, no one has reached out from Ecolab. Terrible process and the person doing the phone screening sounds like a fresh graduate who hates their job.
