Regional managers came in for interviews. The interview was conducted mainly to check interest in the company and skills. I also asked detailed questions about my personality and career. As a global company, we require support in both English and local languages.

They don't understand what sales really means, asking all kind of questions but with no real discussion about salary. Only bla bla about future development plans and thigs like that for 20 years old people
