simple and straight forward, no crazy behavior questions. just be yourself. The process starts with a phone screening, followed by an in-person interview, mostly with the district manager, and finally an interview with the area manager.

A fairly easy interview process in terms of being flexible with timing and locations. There were four rounds. One call with the recruiting department that was a screening call essentially. Then two meetings with the direct supervisor, one in person and the other via Teams. Then finally a Teams call with the next level up management-wise. They were very communicative and clear about the next steps. They asked reasonable questions and they seem pretty fair with how they assess people.
