Met two different District Manager at Panera Bread and the interview was very casual and laid back. After talking and discussing my resume, the two DM's then consulted with each other for about 10 minutes. After that, I was given an offer, accepted, and signed the offer.

Entretien
Top level and easy. My interviewer was knowledgeable, cordial and open to my questions. Many other teams could use this manner and form for their interview process. I would do it again.
