The entire process spanned three weeks and consisted of three distinct rounds:
Round 1: Initial screening with the HR Manager.
Round 2: Behavioral-based interview with the Hiring Manager.
Round 3: Final interview with the Hiring Manager’s boss.
After receiving an offer, it was contingent on successfully completing a leadership assessment. This assessment evaluates your business acumen through a combination of quantitative and qualitative questions, as well as a role-playing exercise.
