Entretien
It was very vision driven. I got the sense of the drive and plans for the position and department it was part of. The interview was not too long and not too short. I wasn't strung along.

Entretien
There was one interview that was a joint interview between two people who would be colleagues. The interview went well but I didn't hear back for about a month and thought they'd moved on. I had a second interview with a VP. It seemed to go well and I was told that they'd have an update the following week. They never got back to me. I contacted them twice over the next two weeks but they never responded to me. I've still heard nothing. They really need to keep HR involved to manage this process. I think that after I invested over 2 hours in interviews with them, they could have at least given an answer instead of leaving me hanging.
