      Entretien

As reinforced by the sheer other number of 'successful' candidates, this is the epitome of a 'pyramid scheme. Anyone who comes through the door is almost guaranteed a job, if that is what you call it. A generic email was sent to me demonstrating that I stood out, no doubt everyone receives this. The number of individuals entering and leaving for interviews was astonishing. I was informed that due to the number of applicants and ready available space, we would have to visit a local coffee shop, baring in mind this was in September at 7am. Three of us attended what can only put politely as a very unpracticed set of interview questions, to which I was asked generic questions surrounding why I would make a strong candidate. After the interview I was emailed two days later, notifying that I had got the job. I came into work on the following Monday only to be told that I had a generic meeting first thing whereby we were talked through what was expected from us. A demonstration followed by an introduction into our groups, this can only be described as unprofessional. I was then told that I was done for the day and should return the next day for 7am. An early start but this did not phase me: It was supposedly the beginning of a new adventure. I was constantly told how quickly promotions were met by the management, the sheer lack of professionalism rang so many alarm bells. No sign of any paper work, until I was informed that I had to register as being self-employed, it then dawned on me what a scam I had walked into. Deceiving and misleading are two words that spring to mind, a get rich fast type of mentality that sadly lacks culture.
