I learnt about this opportunity from my professor. They were looking for people with specialization in controls system and hybrid electric vehicles. I e-mailed the manager with my resume and cover letter and got an interview in less than two weeks. There was only one round interview. The interview was mostly about technical questions with a couple fit questions. After about one week, I heard back from them and got my offer.
