J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Ebury (Londres, Angleterre) en sept. 2019

Very laddy environment, seemed like there would be loads of pressure , as with every sales job I presume though, guessing it would take a very specific mindset to thrive there
I was invited via email. The first stage included a video interview with a fictional case study in which I had to analyse a business situation, propose solutions, and explain my reasoning, followed by an interview with the recruiter.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
vThe most important question focused on how I would approach a potential client. I was asked to explain how I would identify their foreign exchange needs, present Ebury's solutions, handle objections, and build a long-term relationship based on trust and value.
It was an in-person interview process, focused primarily on your knowledge and cold-calling experience, they explained the way it works and what are the minimum expected results out of the job, really straight forward and professional.

Challenging but rewarding. Screening call, followed by 3 rounds with various sales and senior managers. Asked to do a mock sales pitch and present this at their offices. Final round was more of a fit to see if I worked well with the team culture.
