HR called and said they would set up the next interview for later that week. They never called back or set up an interview. Overall I would say not a great experience.

I had 7 hours of interviews over 4 stages spread over 12 weeks. I was contacted within the a week of submitting my application for screening questions and to arrange the first interview. Although this is the longest interview process I have been through Eaton were very professional and courteous throughout. The recruitment team touched based and provided updates on progress often. Stage 1 - telephone interview, Finance Director Stage 2 - video interview, Operations Director Stage 3- Onsite Visit - 3 back to back interviews with senior management team followed by tour of the facility Stage 4 - telephone interview - VP of Finance Stage 5 - professional references
