Ultimately just waste of time. Firstly, they said that interview results will be addressed on very same day. They took all the rounds of interview congratulated me that I have cleared the rounds of the interview, then they put my application on hold. After several follow-ups they said now my current role is not aligning with EATON business needs. If my role was not aligned with your business needs, they would not have proceeded for the further round. It doesn't make any sense to me. All what I can make out of this is EATON being a so-called reputed MNC, tricked me & wasted my time.
