Three parts. Phone screen with HR. Phone interview with department manager (where I was asked some of the same questions as the first part). Part two included several technical questions which I found easy. Part three was almost three hours split into three parts, where I was asked a total of probably ten situational questions by different people. What really set this interview apart is I could not simply give an answer and have that be it. I was asked several followup questions each time about the answer I gave. And each time inevitably I was asked "Do you have any regrets, or anything you wish you had done different?". The main problem is many of these questions were focused around past project work. I have not been involved on a huge amount of project work before, but instead my 15 years of experience in this field are centered around handling problems that come up and getting results day in and out. But with their situational questions it started to feel like I was interviewing for a project manager role. It wasn't a terrible experience, but just felt part three was too long and at times irrelevant. My goodness I was happy to be done with part 3.
