Entretien
Began with psychometric test, then had a short phone interview with someone from Eaton and was told later i had passed the interview and would be invited to the virtual assessment centre.
The assessment centre had about 150 people total in for two positions. It was very disorganised and discouraging.

They asked us to choose an object around us and take one minute to describe how we would use it in engineering.
The group discussion involved about 10 of us deciding what tasks within the company were highest and lowest priority.
