I visited their booth at the career fair and gave the recruit my resume. About a week later I was contacted to apply online through their website. I then was invited to schedule an on campus interview. The interview was set up as two 45 minute back to back interviews. The questions were all typical behavioral questions and specific questions about my resume. I thought it was a little odd their were no technical questions, but it was a fairly easy interview process.

Phone interview about basic EECS knowledge. Ask about your past projects, course project, internship experiences and familiar with the software. Interview with project managers. about thirty minutes. What you want to learn and so on. HR notifies about results and interviewing preparation.
