Entretien
One phone interview for initial screening and then in person interview for the final round with. The in person interview was involved a group of 2 people asking various questions. My interview was mainly behavioral. Even though they threw in a few technical questions.

There was no qualification test conducted.
Resume short listing was done based on grades and the overall projects

More personality based than technical. There were 2 interviewers of which one was from HR and the other worked there. The interview was very open where you would share more about yourself than the company would share about them.

I interviewed for Eaton on the campus recruitment process. First, students get shortlisted by their CGPAs.
The first round was resume shortlisting, and after that, there were 1 technical round and HR round.
