The manager took me in his office asked maybe 5 questions. Then he started talking to me about which house I would be working in. We discussed my schedule. Then we talked about training.

There was not much of an interview process. I was referred by a friend and was basically only asked if I did drugs and was reliable. The woman interviewing me was nice enough. Asked my availability. When I told her my schedule, she made out a schedule then and their and said I start training that following Monday. A very easy interview process.
