I had two interviews. One with the assistant manager, and one with the general manager a few days later. We just met in the break room, and they asked me pretty simple questions about me, my personality and work effort, and my skills related to retail.

Describe a situation where you went above and beyond for a customer.
The manager was condescending and spoke badly about the other employees throughout the interview. He was kind to me, but it let me know he would eventually be condescending towards me.

A simple 15 minutes of questions, ask about sales experience and loss and prevention. Get a call back within a day or two. It was a good and immersive process.

It was a very simple Interview process, general about you questions, they have a flexible schedule, but this specific location seemed understaffed. The whole process took less than 30 minutes, I was basically hired on the spot
