It is a waste of time to take a day off to interview with them. I asked them how many of their clients tip and they looked very shocked. If you want me to leave my current company you have to give me some kind of certainty about the company I’m thinking about joining. It looks like they do not have the budget to hire for the role because it has been open for over 8 months. It’s either that or they are looking to get some ideas from candidates.
