These folks don't have a clue. I got dinged for not having managed Designers even though I'm an Engineering Director. They also didn't think I had enough user study experience based solely on not personally running large user studies. I've built software and software teams, but generally the Product Owner is directly responsible for running user studies. They don't know what they don't know and aren't humble enough to accept new ideas. THANK GOODNESS I didn't end up working there.
