The interview process was pretty smooth. The best interview anyone can expect. It was a Zoom interview planned in two stages. The first interview was bit technical. The second consisted more of a planned case study type.

EXL wants to check analytical mind of student. They will start with puzzles, followed by guesstimates then they will come to your projects done on SQL, Python or any other language.

They had two process, after telephonic discussion with HR. One virtual technical then another with VP face to face. They typically asked about BA, scrum, project handling, and your role
Online Assessment followed by two rounds of interview. One technical and second is managerial round. The interview was for 45min each. Both rounds were on the same day. It was based on sql, puzzle, reasoning, technical, project discussion.
