I was reached out by HR for a screening call. He was very polite and professional. Later, I was asked to submit an assignment within 3 hours of sending it. The assignment length, duration, and expectations were fair comparing to other companies that expect you to draft a summary paper in a week! I did well in the assignment, but 2 weeks later, I received the rejection email and sadly they never give you a feedback.

After submitting an online application I received an invitation to participate in a written assignment as the first phase of the assessment. The person I emailed with was very nice and accommodating of my schedule for the test that was sent over email.
