There were two interviews. The first was with the two other placement managers. The second was with the Operations Director and the London Director. It lasted about an hour each time.

Really friendly and professional - put me at ease right away. Really felt like they were listening and engaged. It was a challenging interview and I realised that I probably didn't have the right skills, but I'd definitely keep an eye out for other opportunities here as it seems like a lovely place to work.
