The recruiter connected me on LinkedIn and asked for an introductory call. That call was scheduled for same day and Recruiter as well as another consultant from the organization discussed my current role, experience and aspirations. After that they said that we should have a followup round and the recruiter will let me know the details. That followup round never happened. I dropped then mail and message to which I got no response. I hate these kind of people who don't even have the courtesy to give back a reply. Guys people can handle rejection, don't keep them hanging and if you don't respect other people's time, don't bother contacting them for hiring. I can only imaging what their work culture be like, if they are so rude at the very first step of hiring.
