First step was an initial phone screening with Recruitment Coordinator in Poland then Teams Meeting with the Manager(s). Some of the questions asked in the interview were odd and unnecessary. They ended up ghosting me after claiming they would give feedback after a week. Manager admitted that the whole of the previous HR Admin team apparently left in one go which gave serious red flags about the company.
