Entretien
I was approached by an in-house recruiter on LinkedIn.
We had a 30min phone screening in which he told me how excited he was about my skills and experience and that he couldn’t wait for me to meet the hiring manager. Well, I never did.
Instead I was ghosted. Even after reaching out to him and asking about the status. Radio silence.
I then went to the website and applied just for the joy of it online. I received an automated reply that the position had been filled with an internal candidate.

The recruiter was 15 mins late for our call and didn't know which role I was interviewing for. Dropped off the call abruptly and told me she'd call back and never did. Didn't respond to my email for over a week.

basic questions - your experience a time you work with a client
Fair questions, about past experiences and why working at ERM would be relevant for my career. Also questioned about my willingness to reavel and if I have had experiences with audits before
Basic interview process similar to other consultant jobs. Overall took 2-3 weeks and their responses were quick. They seem most interested in competencies and not so much on technical experience.
