Entretien
I applied in November 2019. About a week later, I received an auto-generated rejection notice. After getting in touch with an internal contact, my application was referred and then I received an invitation to complete a digital screening. The screening consisted in multiple timed taped questions, followed by 4 timed written questions. The final question was to get in touch with a recruiter in order to get the final question (which was a writing assignment). No recruiter was assigned to me and it was complicated to track one down. Once I did, I was given the writing exercise and had 24 hours to complete it.
I was invited to two back-to-back virtual 2-person panel interviews at the end of January 2020. I was told I should hear back within about a week. After 2 weeks, I followed up with the recruiter and was asked about my preference for the job location from among 7 options. After another 10+ days I followed up again to find out what was going on. At the end of February I learned from the recruiter that the two cities we had previously been discussing were no longer options, and I was asked if I would be willing to work out of the Cleveland office. I then never heard back from the recruiter. The position was reposted quickly after with new cities, and eventually my candidacy was rejected through the application portal. I never got a formal rejection from the recruiter or anyone else at ERM.

I applied via LinkedIn and less than a week later received a call for interview. The process was pretty straight forward with two rounds of interviews and questions about market and project management.

Entretien
I applied through LinkedIn and after a few weeks, I was contacted by their Talent Acquisition team. I met the team just for a quick GTKY, and within that session it was decided for my application was pushed forward to the relevant Partner, subject for further assessment. Miraculously got through that screening and was invited to an interview. The interview was not too gruelling, had plenty of questions on past experience and technical knowledge. It was also an opportunity for a personality fit test with the rest of the team.
