The interview process at EPAM is rigorous and technically challenging. I completed a 1.5-hour technical interview followed by a 1-hour in-person technical round. Both rounds tested deep technical knowledge and problem-solving skills. However, despite clearing these rounds, the process was marred by poor communication and last-minute changes. My final round interview was scheduled but then canceled just hours before without prior warning, citing that the role had been filled. This happened twice — once the role was put on hold after the technical round, and once it was closed last minute. Overall, while the interview questions and technical assessments are strong, the candidate experience suffers due to lack of coordination and respect for candidate time.

Long process. First, a recruiter interview. Next, a 1.5-hour technical interview. Then a manager interview, and finally a client interview. In between, I had some additional questions asked by email – even though I had already completed the 1.5-hour technical interview.
