The interview was ok but some reason I was declined because I am proactive to learn another tech no related with php that souds so strange for me because is more interesting that a consultor has more than just one tech, but anyway.

The process took 2 weeks, I applied through the referral program, first there was a quick interview to test your english level with a recruiter, general questions about my experience and technologies I know, one week later there was a technical interview with a developer, the interview took almost one hour, he asked about Laravel, PHP, and he asked about other technologies like Python, ReactJS, AWS, Docker, POO, SOLID principles and a short coding challenge, the next day they said that I was unable to continue in the process, but they didn't provide any feedback.
